📋 Key Responsibilities

As our Licensed Property Manager, you will oversee the strategic performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations of our luxury short-term rental and premium suite portfolio. Duties include:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Driving operational excellence across all Toronto properties, ensuring they continuously meet our high-end brand standards.
  • Compliance & Legal Leadership: Navigating and ensuring absolute adherence to Toronto’s short-term rental bylaws, provincial regulations, and condo board rules.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Leading, hiring, and mentoring our internal operations team (cleaning supervisors, guest care) and negotiating high-level vendor/contractor agreements.
  • Financial Optimization: Budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing revenue-management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, corporate clients, and building boards.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

  • Licensing: Active and valid Ontario professional licensing relevant to property management (RECO, CMRAO, or equivalent applicable real estate/property management designation).
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success managing high-end residential portfolios, luxury short-term rentals, or hospitality assets.
  • Operational Leadership: A track record of optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and successfully leading scaling teams.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Highly proficient with modern Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and hospitality analytics tools.

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Suite Cleaner for SkyRitz Suites, you will ensure our properties meet the highest standards of luxury and cleanliness for arriving guests. Duties include:

  • Full Suite Turnovers: Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms between guest stays.
  • Linen & Laundry Service: Stripping and making beds to luxury hotel standards, and resetting towels/linens.
  • Staging & Restocking: Replenishing guest amenities (soaps, coffees, toiletries) according to our brand guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspecting the suite for any maintenance issues or damages and reporting them to management instantly.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, luxury residential cleaning, or short-term rental turnovers is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: You notice the little things—from a smudge on a mirror to a perfectly folded towel.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and strong time-management skills are absolutely essential to ensure suites are ready for guest check-ins.
  • Communication: Ability to follow checklists and communicate effectively via smartphone.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
